Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)
StartDate: 11/17/2025 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $1972.00 - $2051.00

AMN Healthcare is partnering with a school district in Louisiana to find a Virtual - Tele SLP. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on students' lives from the comfort of your home. Your responsibilities will include providing speech-language assessments and interventions to students across various grade levels in two elementary schools. You will design individualized education plans and work closely with educators and parents to support student success in a virtual setting. Additionally, you will supervise an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), ensuring cohesive communication and implementation of therapy plans. Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
State SLP License in State of Residence
State SLP License and Educator Certificate in Louisiana
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)


Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
