Required Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU
Experience: 1 year
RT-TX
AND
Certified Respiratory Therapist, NICU
Experience: 1 year
RT-TX
Certifications: BLS-AHA
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
