Your day will include evaluating patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and interventions. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and document progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. This position offers a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
