Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: 1/5/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D, 10 D Pay Rate: $1940.71 - $2126.52

Trauma Level 2 Charting System EPICsystem Unit Notes 1/5 Starts ONLY - Start dates are not flexible. 100-mile radius rule No more than 5 days of RTO. Unit: PT License: AZ PT license in hand/active Required Certs: AHA BLS Case types: total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, sepsis Caseload: 8-10 per day Setting: Acute Inpatient Areas covered: ED & Med Surg Required experience: Understanding of pathology, Lab values, interdisciplinary communication - At least one year of experience outside of clinicals. There are PTAs. Scheduling/weekends: 5x8's with flex weekend coverage 2-3 days/month, 4x10 (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat). No Self Scheduling Holidays: rotate Scrub Color: Royal Blue
