Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech)
StartDate: 11/19/2025 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $2095.58 - $2296.22

Department: Radiology | X-Ray and CT *Certifications: BLS. WA State License Required: ARRT in x-ray, preferred to have ARRT in CT* - General Certification Requirements: BLS - Other specialty certification requirements: WA State License Required: ARRT in x-ray, preferred to have ARRT in CT. - How many scanners/rooms: X-Ray: 1 room and 1 portable. CT: 1 CT scanner. - Will they have to float: Rare occasion have to run c-arm in surgery- preferred. Will cover all inpatient, outpatient, and ER x-rays and CTs. - Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: All ages. X-Ray: chest xray, extremities, abd, spine work. CT: routine CT scans and angiograms. - Experience: Must have ct and x-ray experience. Must be able to do IV starts. Prefer travelers to have c-arm experience in the OR. - Average # of scans/studies per day: X-Ray: 10. CT: 6-8. - EMR: EMR: Cerner Community Works. PACS: Philips Intellispace. - Department Specific Equipment: X-Ray: both GE. CT: Canon. - Is there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift?: Manager: Monday-Thursday, and Lead: Tuesday-Friday. - Do they use RRAs: No - Radiologist in-house: No- send out all scans/studies. - Do they have to start IVs: Yes - Shifts & Scheduling: Days: 4-10 hour shifts. 7a-5:30p, 8a-630p, 9a-730p. Nights: 4-10s 9p-730a or 3-12s 7p-730a. 3 techs are scheduled on day shift, 1 tech generally scheduled on nights. - Weekend Requirements: 7-730 all weekend shifts are 12. - Holiday Requirements: Will only have to work if holiday falls on a scheduled day. - Call or Standby requirement: If there is no night staff scheduled, day shift will be on call. Call starts when last person leaves for the day until 7a the next morning. 20 minute response time. If call would be needed normally not more than 1 day per week. - Scrub Color: No specific scrub color. - Department specific orientation: 1 shift.-2 references, 1 within the past year (this is the most important) & 1 within the past 3 years
