Travel Surgical Technologist - Operating Room position in Aurora, CO Join a rewarding Travel Surgical Technologist - Operating Room assignment in Aurora, CO. You will work in a dynamic operating room environment, preparing the operating suite, ensuring equipment and instruments are sterile and in good working order, and assisting with patient positioning and draping. Key responsibilities include passing instruments to physicians and accounting for supplies during surgery. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of a Surgical Technologist program, state registration, and at least one year of experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. Experience in a level I trauma center is recommended.
