Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 11/24/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1740.32 - $1906.94

PT- outpatient needed asap 2 years of PT experience required. FL License and BLS required. EMR: Epic. Radius rule 50 miles enforced. ALL RTO or SCHEDULE REQUESTS must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. Floating may be required to other campuses. Please ensure HCP is flexible. Please upload all demographic information to the portal at time of submittal. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
