Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $2278.00 - $2419.00

*** Must have recent experience in outpatient orthopedics *** Days needed: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Shifts/hours: 0800-1830 One weekend/month on call: 0700-0900 Additional Position Information: Patient Caseload- Primarily Outpatient (mostly orthopedics, general deconditioning, balance/fall prevention and other diagnoses depending on the PT's skills Primarily one on one patient care Inpatient/acute care as needed EMR System- Cerner Required: Outpatient orthopedic experience Current California Physical Therapist license by start of contract Current CPR/BLS certification Preferred Requirements Inpatient/Acute care experience (training/mentoring provided if needed) Other PT specialty experience such as: pelvic health, vestibular rehab, outpatient neuro rehab, pediatrics, and/or lymphedema

Certifications: BLS-AHA

Experience: 1 year
Certifications: BLS-AHA
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
