Experience: 2 years
Licenses: MRI-NY
Certifications: MR(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State License, ARRT and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
