Physical Therapist, Acute
Experience: 1 year
PT-MA
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
Weekends: every other weekend
SSN Required
DOB Required

Will not consider locals within 50 miles
If traveler has previously worked for Beth Israel, 6month separation from BILH required.
