StartDate: 12/22/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2020.79 - $2214.27

Michigan licensed PT needed in West Branch. PT Experience - Required BLS (AHA) - Required ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer) Dress Code: Business Casual Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction)

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-MI
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
