Travel Physical Therapist Home Health jobs in Fredericksburg, VA offer a 13-week assignment starting ASAP, with travel throughout Culpeper, Orange, Stafford, and Spotsylvania. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no on-call required. In this role, you provide home health physical therapy services, develop individualized care plans, and help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes. Required qualifications include at least 1 year of experience, BLS certification, home health setting experience, and a current Virginia PT license.
