While working as a travel educator, you will engage in meaningful educational work with a diverse age group ranging from PreK to 12th grade. The anticipated workload involves managing a caseload of approximately 25-35 students, making a significant impact across two distinct educational environments — one on the mainland and another reachable by a three-hour ferry trip to the island.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
State License is Required to Start the Assignment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
