StartDate: 1/19/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2268.00 - $2337.00

PT - Rehab needed asap Effectively screens/evaluates/rehabiltates patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions. 1 year of PT experience - Required LTC or Rehab experience - Required MO State License - Required New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
