Travel Physical Therapist (PT) jobs in St. Louis Park, MN offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will evaluate patient mobility, create and implement therapy plans, and help patients restore strength and independence. You will collaborate with the therapy team, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the assignment.
