Travel Physical Therapist (PT) jobs in Minneapolis, MN offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will perform patient evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with the therapy team, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate documentation throughout your assignment.
