How long is the contract assignment? • -13 weeks 2. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm? -M-F; 0800-1700 3. How many miles per week will the consultant travel? -35-45 daily; 170-200 weekly/ Depends on contractor location 10. What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? • - 30 pts 11. What EMR systems will the consultant be using: • HCHB for documentation/OASIS, Forcura 12. Will there be any on call? If so, how much? • Yes; 1 weekend per month 13. Do you want the candidate to have home health experience? • Yes; required HH with OASIS experience
