Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2498.00 - $2574.00

This exciting opportunity is located in Sebastopol, California, a charming town nestled in the heart of Sonoma County. The role is based in a skilled nursing facility that provides post-acute care, striving for excellence in patient recovery and rehabilitation. You will work Monday through Friday during 8-hour day shifts, with a guarantee of 36 hours per week, up to a possible 40 hours if census numbers allow. No on-call duties are required. This position ensures a collaborative environment where you can focus on meaningful patient care, assisting with various rehabilitation tasks. 1+ years SNF experience and Rehab Optima experience are preferred.
