You will prepare surgical suites, handle instruments during procedures, maintain the sterile field, and respond to changing conditions in collaboration with surgeons and the interdisciplinary team. Required qualifications include an associate’s degree in surgical technology or successful completion of an accredited surgical technology program, plus Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Experience in trauma, orthopedic, acute care, or neurological surgery is recommended, along with proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and robotic equipment.
