This full-time position is set in a Skilled Nursing Facility, where you will work 40 hours a week with a guaranteed 36-hour work week. You'll be an integral part of providing care to residents, helping them achieve their maximum level of function through personalized and professional therapy plans. Please note that new grads or assistants are not being considered for this position, and the start date is immediate. Dedication to patient care and previous SNF experience will be pivotal to your success.
