MUST HAVE ACTIVE ALASKA LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION

MUST HAVE FLU VACCINATIONS

Start date will be no less than 5 weeks after traveler's fingerprint cards are received at SEARHC in Juneau for processing. Upon acceptance, please have your traveler make an appt for fingerprints and get them in the mail within 2-3 days to avoid start date getting pushed back
