Travel Home Health PT jobs in Shelby, NC offer weekday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, covering Cleveland, Gaston, and Rutherford counties with an average of 6 patients per day. You will perform visits, evaluations, admissions, and discharges, developing and implementing care plans to help patients regain independence and function at home. This position requires a North Carolina PT license, CPR certification, and car insurance.
