Required Qualifications
Certified Respiratory Therapist, Long Term Acute Care
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RT-PA
Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); CRT(Copy Needed)
OR
Registered Respiratory Therapist, Long Term Acute Care
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RT-PA
Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); RRT(Copy Needed)
SSN Required

References: 1 Reference in entire work history

NBRC Certified, State license in hand , 2 yr exp
