Required Qualifications
Surgical Technologist, OR
Experience: 2 years
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed); CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in entire work history
