Join a 13-week travel Physical Therapist (PT) assignment in Bradenton, FL, with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). As a PT, you will work as part of a collaborative care team, providing medically necessary care and using clinical judgment to determine the appropriate frequency, duration, and modality of services. You will also help residents prepare for life after their stay by recommending safety equipment and home modifications, and sharing this information with the care planning team for discharge planning.
