ICU experience required For ICU coverage, we’re primarily looking for a PT who is comfortable managing patients with higher acuity, including early mobility, progressive mobility , ventilator-dependent patients, and those with complex medical needs. Experience with lines/tubes and safely mobilizing patients with varying levels of medical stability is important.
