Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years PT-MA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) Weekends: 2 weekend shifts/month SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 7 years References: 1 Reference in entire work history Must have Inpatient experience
EPIC experience
