13 week assignment for a Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist to make home visits. Must have own vehicle and have prior home-health experience

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Home Health Licenses: PT-MA Certifications: BLS Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 7 years References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months Current Massachusetts license for Physical Therapy
