Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute Licenses: PT-MN Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) OR Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months Must have at least 1 year of post-clinical experience
Outpatient experience

Preferred Qualifications
Manual therapy experience
