Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist jobs in Norfolk, VA let you use your VA license and RRT, PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications to care for pediatric patients. You will work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend and holidays, for a 13-week contract with 36 hours guaranteed weekly. Your responsibilities include conducting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and providing emergency care for vented patients in ED, NICU, PICU, and general pediatric care. These candidates should have 3+ years’ pediatric experience, willing to work with vented patients in areas such as ED, NICU, PICU and pediatrics general care. Conducting diagnostic test, developing treatment plans and providing emergency care when needed.
Required certifications: RRT, PALS, NRP and BLS certified.
This roll has a call requirement that will be discussed in the interview. 36 hours guaranteed weekly, 12 hour rotating shifts to include every other weekend and holidays.
