Experience: 1 year
PT-MA
Certifications: BLS-AHA
Weekends: 2 Weekends or 4 weekend days within 13-week contract
Holidays: Occasional Holidays

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Preferred Qualifications
Previous Home Health experience highly preferred
