Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Asheville, North Carolina let you provide home health services to a diverse patient population, mainly geriatric and post-acute patients. You will complete OASIS assessments, perform comprehensive evaluations, develop care plans, oversee PTAs, and treat patients in their homes or assisted living facilities. The average caseload is 6 visit equivalents per day, and documentation is completed in Cerner. You will work with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, PTAs, OTs, RNs, CNAs, and social workers. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:30, with weekends only as needed. Required qualifications include home health experience, OASIS assessment skills, BLS/CPR certification, and a current North Carolina Physical Therapy license. Business casual attire and closed-toed shoes are required.
