Registered Respiratory Therapist - (RRT)

Pay Rate: $2286.00 - $2355.00
2+ years of experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. Active NY License and BLS required; ACLS preferred. EPIC experience is required. The Registered Respiratory Therapist I (RT-I) is an individual that is licensed by the NYS Department of Education to perform respiratory therapy procedures, cardio-respiratory diagnostics, and patient assessment under the direction of a licensed physician. RT-I’s are capable to assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders. Assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities, including the supervision of respiratory therapy technicians. Initiate and conduct therapeutic procedures; maintain patient records; and select, assemble, check, and operate equipment.
