Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care - (RRT - NICU)
StartDate: 5/1/2026 Available Shifts: 8/12 D/E/N Pay Rate: $1970.00 - $2030.00

*This posting is for a permanent employment opportunity. This is not a travel position.* As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) at WellStar, you'll provide critical respiratory care and education under the guidance of the RC Manager/Director. Pay: $46/hr-$49/hr plus $8/hr float differential

Required Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU, Float RT-GA Certifications: BLS; ACLS References: 1 Reference in entire work history Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA Required

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required

Additional certifications (e.g., NRP, PALS) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Delivering comprehensive patient care in complex situations, primarily in critical care settings.
Educating patients and their families while mentoring new staff and students.
Collaborating with healthcare teams to plan and implement effective care strategies.
