SLP - home health needed asap Geriatric/adult. Neuro, TBI, dementia, dysphagia, apraxia, aphasia, voice (limited) Central office: 105 TR Harris Dr. Shelby, NC 28150 2 years (no CFY), would highly prefer Home Health experience, but will also take SNF experience State license, BLS, driver’s license, insurance, vehicle, CCCs (certification of clinical competency, received after CFY) Dysphagia, aphasia, cognitive treatment EMR: HCHB – highly preferred Scrub Color: light gray Parking: Free
