Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year AND Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT-CA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Required for submission: Northern Inyo - cover sheet attached + BLS + CERT + LICENSE (must have license this is CA)


*** Must have recent experience in outpatient orthopedics ***
Interpersonal skills necessary in order to instruct/comfort patients/families; to maintain effective communication/contact with healthcare team members
Analytical skills necessary in order to prioritize workload develop solutions to problems concerning patient’s body, mind, and spirit
Basic computer knowledge including: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Intranet
Ability to learn Computer software programs including: McKesson Clinical Care Station, Policy Manager, OneSource, HPF, One Content
Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
