Shift Notes:
M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM.
Weekend Requirements:
No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then they can make the hours up on the weekend.
On Call Requirements:
None
You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized plans and document progress. This role requires 1 year of SLP experience, LTC or rehab experience, MO State License, and CCC certification. New grads with Level II experience are welcome, and 3 years of CCS experience is preferred. Oregon, MO offers a welcoming community and access to outdoor recreation.
