Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: 6/22/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1872.00 - $1929.00

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility. Qualifications: • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT) • Active state PT license (or ability to obtain) • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills • Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
