Physical Therapist, Inpatient Rehab
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
Weekends: 2-3 weekends/month
Float: required to float to sister facilities (Northwest MC, NW Houghton, NW Sahuarita)
Scrub Colors: any color scrubs
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Must have at least 1 year of Acute Inpatient Rehab Experience

Cerner Experience
