This outpatient Physical Therapist opportunity is based in Coweta, Oklahoma, a welcoming and growing community just southeast of Tulsa. The position is located in a modern outpatient clinic environment that focuses on high-quality, patient-centered musculoskeletal and orthopedic care. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a wide variety of conditions, including common orthopedic injuries, post-operative cases, sports-related issues, spine pain, overuse syndromes and general musculoskeletal dysfunction. A typical day includes performing comprehensive initial evaluations, creating individualized plans of care, delivering one-on-one and small-group treatment sessions, and progressing exercise and functional activities based on patient goals. You will provide patient and family education, communicate regularly with referring providers as needed and ensure clear, timely documentation in the EMR.
Patient caseload is primarily scheduled outpatients, allowing you to build strong, ongoing therapeutic relationships and see the impact of your interventions over time. Patient volumes are designed to balance productivity with quality of care, and the clinic emphasizes functional outcomes, patient satisfaction and evidence-based practice. You may also have the opportunity to participate in specialized programs such as sports rehab, balance and fall prevention, work-related injury management or performance-based conditioning, depending on your interests and experience.
The schedule is typically full-time, weekday day shifts with some flexibility based on clinic hours and patient demand. Occasional extended hours may be available or requested to accommodate patient schedules, but the role is structured to support work-life balance. You will collaborate daily with other physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and support staff in a supportive and collegial environment that values communication, mentorship and professional growth.
