Travel PT Home Health jobs in Danvers, MA are available for 13-week assignments with Monday through Friday 8-hour days. You must have a Massachusetts license and home health experience. You will perform 5 to 6 patient visits per day, providing one-on-one care in a tight radius covering areas from Burlington to Peabody, Tewksbury to Andover, and up to Methuen and Dracut. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.72 per mile. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to support patient mobility and independence 1.
