AMIE PROFILE MUST INCLUDE CURRENT LICENSE(S) AND CERT(S) WITH VALID EXPIRATION DATES. RTO DATES MUST BE INCLUDED. 50 MILE RADIUS RULE PER DRIVER’S LICENSE ADDRESS. Registered by R.D.M.S in Abdomen or Ob/Gyn Registered by R.D.M.S (RVT) or (RVS) by C.C.I.
