Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 6/29/2026 Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $2311.00 - $2381.00

No more than a 30-day work gap, skills checklist completed within past year and MUST HAVE 2 references (1 from within the past year), no exceptions! 2+ years of experience required – OR license & BLS-AHA required. This is primarily Outpatient, but Acute experience is helpful to help in Acute as needed. Can expect to see about 12 patients/day. Primary issues seen are Ortho, but there is still a variety of diagnoses. Meditech for charting. Dress Code: business casual, no denim.

Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months

Outpatient Experience
50-mile radius rule

Acute Care experience
