Beautiful outpatient facility is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for their facility in Jacksonville, FL (Southside) to join their team for a 3 month contract assignment.

PT-FL
Certifications: BLS
References: 1 Reference in entire work history



Preferred Qualifications
MUST Have Recent Outpatient Orthopedic Experience
FL License
Covid Vaccination/Booster
Prior Urgent/Medical Experience A+
