In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload that may include orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, spine disorders, work-related injuries, and general musculoskeletal impairments. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans of care, provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions, and incorporate modalities and functional training as appropriate. You will work closely with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care, communicate progress, and ensure continuity of treatment. A typical day includes performing new patient evaluations, progressing existing patients through their treatment plans, providing patient and family education, and ensuring thorough and timely documentation within the clinic’s EMR system. Patient ratios are designed to support quality care and allow time for one-on-one interaction, education, and functional training. The clinic environment encourages collaboration and offers opportunities to participate in specialty programs, community outreach, or performance-based initiatives depending on your interests and experience. Shifts generally occur during standard clinic hours on weekdays, with schedules designed to balance patient access and clinician work-life flexibility. Some early morning or early evening appointments may be offered to accommodate patient needs. The clinic is traveler- and new-grad-friendly, with orientation and mentorship available to support a smooth transition into the role.
