Exceptional skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Speech Therapist for their highly rated facility located in Sparta, NC. This is for a part time 13 week contract assignment offering between 20-30 hours weekly with option to possibly extend or possibly more hours. Preferred Qualifications
Minimum SNF experience preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable with evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, discharge planning, dysphagia management, cognitive-linguistic therapy, communication therapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Active NC License
