Join a dedicated diagnostic imaging team as an Ultrasound Technologist in Tarboro, North Carolina, a historic and welcoming community along the Tar River. In this role, you will perform a full range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular exams according to departmental protocols and provider orders. A typical day includes preparing exam rooms and equipment, verifying orders and patient history, positioning patients for optimal imaging, performing high-quality scans, and working closely with radiologists to ensure that images captured are diagnostic and timely. You will interact with inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients, allowing you to build skills across diverse clinical situations.

Weekends: Friday 7a-7p, Saturday and Sunday 9a-9p
On Call: Possible on call rotation with department on Friday nights; definite on call Saturday nights
