Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

A typical day involves a balanced caseload of new evaluations and follow-up treatments, with a strong emphasis on patient education, functional progressions, and return-to-activity planning. You can expect to manage a structured outpatient caseload that supports both quality and efficiency, with scheduling that allows time for documentation and professional communication. Patient volumes and visit lengths are designed to help you maintain a high standard of care while meeting clinical productivity expectations. The clinic’s support staff and leadership are focused on maintaining workflows that are therapist-friendly and patient-centered. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with some flexibility depending on clinic needs and patient demand.
