Required Qualifications
Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology Experience: 1 year Licenses: RAD-TX(Copy needed) Certifications: CERT-ARRT- R(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed) OR Cath Lab Technologist, Cath Lab Experience: 1 year SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year HEALTHTRUST (HCA) – NO DOCS NEEDED AT SUBMISSION. SSN + DOB. AMIE PROFILE MUST INCLUDE CURRENT LICENSE(S) AND CERT(S) WITH VALID EXPIRATION DATES. RTO DATES MUST BE INCLUDED. 50 MILE RADIUS RULE PER DRIVER’S LICENSE ADDRESS.
