Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Home Health Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT-MA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) Holidays: Occasional Holidays Weekends: 2 Weekends or 4 weekend days within 13-week contract SSN Required DOB Required Home Health experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
